Flushable Sondes — 512 Hz, 223 kHz & 8 kHz
Prototek’s Flushable Sondes are the product of more than 30 years refining a floating, flushable transmitter. You simply flush the sonde into the line and track it from the surface with a compatible receiver — an ideal way to locate and trace blockages or pipe runs without access to the pipe itself.
Three frequencies cover the full range of materials. The FTP-8 runs at 512 Hz for cast-iron and non-metallic lines; the ATP-12 uses 223 kHz for non-metallic pipe; and the HTP-15 is an 8 kHz multi-frequency sonde with the longest non-metallic range in the family.
Every flushable shares the same compact, sealed body — 2-1/4″ long and just 0.8 oz — sized for lines 3″ and up. Batteries are sealed in for a clean, maintenance-free unit built to be flushed.
